My husband has had an ultrasound, they found he has nodules on his liver. He suffers from Hep C. He has severe pain in his abdomen. He also has gall stones but cannot get an operation becuase of his liver problems. No one seems to help because he is on Methadone they think he is a pain seeker. We finally got Percocet for him, but found out the acetominphen is bad for his liver. We are absolutely lost. If anyone can help please let us know.

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health forum.

From the history available, it seems that your husband has chronic hepatitis C, which might have cause hepatic adenoma or hepato cellular cancer as a complication.

In addition the presence of gall stones might be causing additional pain related symptoms.

You might consider to consult a hepatologist and a oncologist for proper treatment of your condition.

In addition consulting a pain clinic may help your husband to control his pain issues.

I hope this helps.
