im 34 male from philippines. my sgpt is 1,615 and sgot is 549 my eyes is turning yellow i have a dark urine color, pale stool and some itchesness in my body. last night i suffered from anterior epistaxisa lot of blood is came out of my nose. can you please help me to know what kind of liver disorder i have?. hope you can help me

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your liver functions are extremely deranged and needs to be evaluated and you may need hospitalisation as these deranged LFTs need work up and management for the cause.
