i have the same and the only advice i was given is to stop drinking alcohol, coffee and stimulants (red bull etc). I have been diagnosed with high enzymes since october 2008 and mine go down slightly and then go up again. I beleive the only way of finding out what is causing the problem is with a biopsy but that has its own complications.

no i have never tried the lemon juice, how often should one drink? I hate the tiredness it causes.
