It is common to have benign cysts in the liver, which usually increase in incidence with age of the patient.
The enlarged pancreatic duct as shown by the ultrasound could be a sign of block in pancreatic duct. This could be most commonly due to pancreatitis or due to block by gall stones.
Presence of severe intractable retroabdominal pain, radiating the the back, that is associated with nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and loss of weight are signs of a serious cause such as pancreatic cancer. But this condition usually progresses rapidly and presents usually in later stages.
In absence of above mentioned symptoms could indicate that you have a very benign and treatable condition, which might be diagnosed by the CT scan.
