My mother who is 64 just had a ct scan and she was told that she has a cyst on her liver and a cyst on each kidney. The doctor says they are nothing to worry about. The reason for the ct scan was she originally went to the dr. because of a constant itch on her back and scalp more intense at night. Also nausea during the day off and on and weakness in her arms. None of these symptoms have subsided in the last few months. At her follow up with the dr. he has prescribed atarax for the itch which is not really helping and I am feeling frustrated for my mom because I don't think atarax is the answer. My mom is on lipitor and eltroxin but otherwise she is a healthy and active woman but is definitely not herself these last few months. I hope you cand help because I want my Mom back!
