Was the nature of liver cyst defined already like ovarian metastasis?

Liver metastases presence is an indicator of advanced ovarian cancer disease (liver metastases usually develop at stage 3 or stage 4 of ovarian cancer).
Since, most of the ovarian cancer cases are found when advance, is it expectable to find metastases soon after the diagnosis of cancer).
Actually, distant metastases can be found either at initial presentation or during the course of ovarian cancer treatment.
Blood work that is usually performed in case of ovarian cancer, is CA-125 test (detecting ovarian cancer antigen),and it's good to know that some women never have elevated values of CA-125, and, that 20% of ovarian cancer patients won't show increase of its concentrations during disease progression.
So, the CA-125 test is always used in combination with other detection methods.
