hi

i have these lil lumps on my balls and on my shaft

ever since i can remember even before i ever had sex i had them


i notice mainly they are at the base of my hairs

and i noticed they are kinda like pimples because they have puss in them

but im really confused im not sure what they are

can anyone help me
