Over the last maybe 6 months ive been gettin these little things on my tonsils, they are like bits of peanuts stuck on, they're really irritating and smell bad giving me really bad breath. Its not swollen glands or tonsilitus as ive had them before. What could it be?

Maybe you are describing chronic tonsilitis. Ask your GP to refer you to an UNT surgeon.
