Q: little red dots on body

i just want to know what they might be.They are on my arms and on my legs and on my tummy,which i am also pregnet.just wondering if it will hurt or have to do anything with the baby?

As long as they don't feel sore I wouldn't worry too much about it. Pregnancy does all kinds of crazy things to your body. To be honest it could even be as simple a thing as bed bugs... pretty common.

I would continue to seek advice on this given the pregnancy.
