After I wipe light pink or red blood is on the tissue and I have little clots and my entire back is aching really bad and after I had intercourse I had dark red blood (a lot) but it ended after I used the bathroom and all I am is spotting once in a while on a panty liner but it doesn't get much more then that ive been spotting for about a week in a half is this normal in the first trimester?

Any spotting or bleeding in first trimester should never be ignored. It can be due to simple causes such as cervicitis (infection/inflammation of cervix), vaginitis (infection/inflammation of vagina), or it can also be due to a part of uterine lining sloughing or due to threatened abortion. Sometimes it happens without a cause.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist once. Hope this helps. Take care!
