when i wipe after a bowl movement i sometimes see a tiny dab of blood on the toilet paper, i am not bleeding, none in the stool, my anus does itch on occasion after a bowel movement and when i scratch/rub with the toilet paper i see tiny tiny amount of blood on toilet paper, i am in no pain, and this is not an everyday event
