I'm in my first week of lithium treatment and I have been having suicidal compulsive thoughts...I don't want to die, I don't really, deep down, want to kill myself. But I keep looking at things and it's like my head is like "do it, yeah, see how far down that stairwell goes? what would happen if you sat down there and just, like, slipped?" I keep wanting to hurt myself. I'm fighting it pretty hard but at the same time I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem with Li as well?
