Hi everyone!
I'm new here but I take a lot of vitamins! I have a question that I can't find the answer to, and the answer might be useful for everyone so I hope someone can help!
I recently learned that, depending what else you take a vitamin with, it can increase or decrease its bioavailability, to make your body more or less likely to absorb it. For example, I recently learned that if you take Vitamin D with fats, it is more bioavailable and will thus be absorbed better into your body; but if you take it without, then your body will absorb little. And I also learned that Magnesium interferes with the absorption of many other vitamins so you shouldn't take it at the same time you take, say, Vitamin B.
I'm now worried now that, some of what I'm taking might interfere with what else I'm taking! So I'm wondering if anyone has a list of which vitamins are compatible/incompatible with what other foods/supplements/vitamins, of what other ones encourage or discourage the bioavailability of each vitamin so I can make sure I maximize its absorption.
Thanks!!!
