i once got rid of a few with just nutrition and diet.
i am 31 now and i first got these bumps in both armpits around puberty. a few years ago i lived with a friend in the boonies for 3 months and mostly ate at home. i made my own meals from whole foods i got from the health food store and even walmart, like brown rice, quinoa, lentils and potatoes and fruits and pretty normal veggies. i didnt eat a lot of meat, maybe some chicken and or eggs once a day. i was also pretty consistent on a few high quality supplements, like anti-oxidents and glyconutrients. i think i detoxed a little because i remember i got a weird big pimple on my face.
i didnt really keep a close look, but sometime after those 3 months the bumps under my left armpit pretty much went away. the right side i still have and are sized like small peas, more being the size of a BB. more small ones have been found around my groin and my upper hamstrings, a few inches from my navel, and my left forearm.
the increase in occurrence concerns me, mainly for the looks aspect. my eating is not terrible. rarely do i eat fast food and for the last 2 months ive been avoiding meat, sugar, and eating alkaline, so i can kick an infection i got on an open wound. even then more showed up.
i can't put it on a super high priority now but i will be looking for a detox foot machine. i figure it may pull out some bad metals or whatever. of course i need to be consistent on the same supplements i was taking and some good enzymes, since it may deal with my fault fat metabolism.
someone (shetawk) on another board mentioned he took these things for something else and the lipomas went away:
Chlorella, garlic and quintessence
acupuncture, neural therapy (surgical scar injection therapy)
detox foot bath and 3 days of herbs & meds
