Q: Lipoma

Hi,
Happy New Year
my husband is 35 years old and it is about 5 years that his body makes lipoma. first time he had a surgery but after that lipoma are increasing around his arm, back and head skin.Would you please inform me is there a way to prevent of increasing lipoma?
and is there a treatment for eliminate these lipoma exept surgery?
