lipoma in colon and considering vegan...

I have a fairly large lipoma tumor found during a colonascopy. Test say it is not cancer but I should eat a high viber diet...lots of water. I have started a vegetarian diet 2 weeks now and considering vegan...trying to include good foods and drinking until I cant anymore. Any suggestions you can offer?

Vegan eating for lipoma
Vegan eating is really, really good. I've been on it for about 2.5 weeks now, and I have already seen a significant difference in how my digestive system works. I'd also been battling IBS, insomnia and hot flashes. All have been drastically reduced.

For skin lipomas, I read that a clean diet can go a long way in getting rid of them as well as preventing new lumps from forming.

I hope your colon lipoma shrinks - glad it's been diagnosed as being benign. Good luck!

colon lipoma
I have had a great reaction to a almost vegan style eating. I say this because I still eat some fish. I like fish but I am highly allergic to shell fish so I choose wisely and only once a week maybe. The rest of my diet is vegan. I feel really good, losing weight and digestive issues reduced. I am so glad I tried it. Its amazing how I finally love drinking water. I was never a good water drinker before.Everything I eat now I think about and it is paying off. Exercise is good and I feel like my health is improving daily.I thought this would be difficult but it has been an easy transition! Now lets pray it skrinks or at least does not grow! Good luck on your IBS.
