My upper lip seems to have a problem.

It's become swollen and has a crusty texture due to the peeling and cracking of the lip. The dead skin is often dark yellow.
At times it secretes juices, not pus or blood, after peeling or tampering.

It often feels tingly or a slight burning sensation. It's not itchy.

I've been applying lip balm for the first 3 days, now I'm trying Vaseline. I've had this for 5 days.

I've done some research and I think it's either Cold Sore or Herpes.

Please help me figure out what I have!
