limphnoid , unexplained pain

I have a pain that started on the right side of under my jaw but more toward my limphnoid the pain shoots up to the top of my head (right side) and sometimes deep in my right ear. Its not a constant pain and the pain only lasts seconds but their very sharp. I\\\'ve been getting unexplained pain in my arms as well that lasts months. Do you know what might be going on or what kind of doctor I should see. I\\\'ve been seeing my family doctor he wants me to go to physical therapy but I\\\'ve been before and I keep getting these unexplained pains.
