I have been having lower left pain and lime green bowel movements. Have not ate anything green to cause. Pain in stomach almost feels like bruising. Any ideals of what might be going on.

Hello and thank you for your post on e health forum.

The description of the symptoms suggest a infection in the intestines (Enteritis).

You might benefit by consult a doctor and getting a stool test and blood tests to rule out the cause of the infection.

In the mean time , pepto bismol and probiotic supplements might help to relieve the symptoms.
