26 femal not known to has any chronic medical illness has hx. of both lower limbs pain then becom only in LT. side including upper limb then the patient start to complaining of numbness thease symptoms increas deuring rest and releaved by movement ther no other symptoms including sphenctric dysfunction

physical examination normal
