Current medical status: i been getting chest pains for about 6months to the left and middle of chest which the doctors have said are muscular pain, but more recently(4/5 wks)i been getting back pain, jaw ache and slight dizziness which is scaring me quite a bit.

All of the symptoms you have mentioned are not measurable and it makes the diagnostic process more difficult. What you might do is an ECG at the very moment you felt the symptoms, especially the chest pain. The chest pain is usually described as stabbing and if it lasts longer than 30 minutes it is probably a heart attack. If no heart disorders are found afterwards, then the symptoms were probably misinterpreted. An Echocardiography might help you in diagnosing a heart disorder.

If no heart disorder is diagnosed, then the pain might originate from muscles and anxiety. If anxiety is the problem, you might want to talk to a psychotherapist or a psychologist.
