Q: lightheadedness before menstruation

for the past three years i have been having severe lightheadedness,neck pain and tingling in my left arm primarily before my cycle; i have had all kinds of tests done with no answers;does anyone have any suggestions;

It is probably just your body giving off it's signs telling you that you are due to have a period i know it is uncomfortable but it happens, you could try asking your doctor for relief of these symptoms and take them before your cycle starts Jenny
