I have been having lightheaded symptoms over one year now, i had ct scan done, stress test, I went to neurologist, cardiologist, ENT doc. Now I am experiecing some issues with balance/unsteady, twitching in my jaw and legs. None of the doctors I have gone to seem to Know what is wrong with me. This feeling is very bothersome

Of course it is bothersome. And the odd feelings and symptoms must be causing additional stress. You are on the right track by seeing specialists. I always recommend spending a couple of weeks documenting the time, the event, your interpretation of the cause and so on. Sometimes, keeping a journal gives on great insights into what is happening in our system. And it is also useful for your family physician to help you.
Best wishes
