Q: Lightheaded and dizzy

whilst at work today i all of a sudden i felt really light headed the room started spinnin around me and i felt as thou i was going to pass out there and then i had an appointment at the docs this evening anyway so i mentioned it to her she said i had to tell my midwife but she would do my blood pressure im sure she said 130 /80 she also said to get my eyes checked i know there is nothing wrong with my eyes as i had them checked before xmas does anyone know what this could be or had this happen to them.

your bp could have been high ...thats normal but u dont know what it was b4 u went. like when u were at work

Suggestion
I have the same problem, but I am eneamic and I have low iron. So I take iron pills and eat red meat.
Did your doctor already test you for this, if not, you should ask?
