My period due on 25th Dec 2011 but haven't got yet. I observe there is light white watery discharge till today but now, it shown mild red streak in the discharge, but little. Iam not on any medication but started taking folic acid. My other symptoms have been frequent urge to pee, food aversion, sleepy and feeling fatigue. sometimes lil nausea but not vomiting.

As we are planning for kids, Iam curious to know chance that I could be preggy? Also to know is it normal to show red streak in discharge? or am I loosing the pregnancy? Please advise, am anxious to know

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Yes, considering your symptoms and missed periods chances of pregnancy are high. So take a pregnancy test. Also monitor your blood HCG levels 48 hours apart. Rising levels would indicate that the pregnancy is going forward.

However, spotting though common can also be due to infection and threatened abortion. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
