Q: Light Spotting ?

Is this implantation bleeding? Is it normal? My last period started on Feb. 23 and it ended on Feb. 27. On March 10th, I spotted. It was light spotting, panty stains. It was off and on. The spotting hasn't happened today. I'm guessing it stopped. What does this mean? Could I be pregnant? I went to see my Gyn on Friday (March 13th) and I did a urine and a blood test. Both were negs. If I am pregnant was it too soon to take a test? The spotting is very light, just drops stains on my panties. Pinkish, light reddish, and brown. I will be going back and seeing my doc soon. But I will take a home test next week if I don't start my period. I just want to hear from some one who may have experienced what I have. Please let me know what you think.

Why did your doctor do a blood test on you when you were only 18 days into your cycle? You had only just ovulated and in no way would a test be positive even if you were.

He wanted to just to confirm that I wasn't. But he also said that it's unsure to tell if I am or not because it might be too early. So I don't know. I'm confused. I hope I am. My fiance and I have been trying. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? And that the spotting is the implantation spotting/ bleeding?
