For the last year and ahalf I had the birth control Implanon (hated it, didn't work for me) during which tim eI had no period at all for the whole time. I decided to have implanon removed 2 months ago, I started on the birth control pill Yasmin- which prior to having the implanon inserted I had been taking for a year- my first "period" on yasmin was extremely heavy which was expected because I hadn't had one in so long. HOWEVER the 2nd period I got while back on the pill was odd- it wasn't that heavy my PMS wasn't as bad as usual, and my breasts were only sore for a few days (while on Implanon they hurt CONSTANTLY) and I didn't really bleed alot it was mostly really heavy spotting.

I am certain I am not pregnant, we use condoms and the pull out method (for example when we have sex, he wears a condom and he pulls out at the same time) all while I'm on the pill; never had any breaks or leaks in the condom, so please don't suggest pregnancy.

Do you think this could be my body just readjusting to the hormones? I'm not complaning I just remember my periods were never really this good, the cramps weren't bad at all (I have endometriosis so my cramps are usually killer) and it was mostly just alot of heavy spotting not so much bleeding.

Any opinions are appreciated but please don't suggest pregnancy- I'm quite certain that's not it
