Q: Light period no cramps

well my period is usually regular.... but since January its been unregular. my period is also very heavy... but lately i barely bleed. its like hardly anything there. except its alot at nite when i sleep. an i have no cramps at all, whatever i eat makes me nauseated when my period is on.
