I was currently late 7 days for my period, on the 7th day i began to spot and it has become a lite period with lite cramping, not like normal.... I took 2 pregnancy test both were negative. Every now and then I feel a lil pressure and pain in my rectum area and a lil pain where my left ovary is. Should I go to get these things checked out?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Delayed periods, shorter and lighter periods along with your other symptoms could be indicative of pregnancy. Sometimes urine pregnancy tests can keep showing false negative test results due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine. Visit your gynecologist/obstetrician for examination and tests (blood HCG levels) to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
