Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

Even if you missed the pills, two days before the due date of the period is a safe time to have unprotected sex. One cannot become pregnant by having unprotected sex during this time. Also a day after the period is safe. However since you missed the pills the period may be a bit different and irregular.

Vomiting could be due any reason such as food poisoning, any thing you ate. Generally in pregnancy the nausea and vomiting is more during the day or early morning.
Since your home pregnancy test is also negative, there is hardly any chance that you are pregnant. Confirmation can be by a blood test for pregnancy or by ultrasound. Hope this helps. Take care!
