Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you are on hormonal birth control, then you can experience lighter periods or even 1-2 missed periods (after prolonged use of the hormonal contraceptive). If you have been sexually active in recent times, then the symptoms that you describe could also suggest possibility of pregnancy. Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any new symptoms. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation if you develop any new symptoms or if the symptoms persist in your next menstrual cycle. Treatment as appropriate would be started based on examination and investigation results to help you. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
