Q: light brown mole

I have a normal light brown mole oval shape had it for about 17 years on my face sice of my nose on the left.
its been tingling and really annoying me not just on the mole but around it. it may not even be the mole but always on that area of my fave i have tingling and its irratating never painfull sometimes itchy. it has not changed shape or colour or got bigger. Should i be worried?

No data was given for how long the feeling of irritation and itching is present.
Itching, irritation, surrounding redness, inflammation or growing of a mole are always symptoms that require further exams.
You might want to visit a dermatologist and have him check if the mole shows any signs of malignancy.
