Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the irregular periods that you describe. The underlying cause for the irregularity of periods should be looked for by getting evaluation done to be able to get you started on appropriate treatment to help you regulate your periods. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for further evaluation. Get started on appropriate treatment for regulating your periods (based on examination and investigations results). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
