Hi I am 31 years old and i wondered if anyone could put my mind at rest, The last few days when I have been to the toilet to urinate when I have wiped there has been a very light bit of blood, its a red colour as though i have just cut myself but only a little bit I am also expieriencing light abdominal pain and the wall of my vagina fells really tight and little sore I think it could be a water infection but anyones input would be great, there is not a flow of blood it is only when i have urinated. I do have an appointment tomorrow but this has not stopped me worrying, my cycle finished on the 14th so I know it isnt my period coming

It could a UTI or a vaginal infection.

Do you have any other symptoms? Like burning, stinging, urgency, unable to pee when you try, discharge?
