Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A25490
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You are close to your fertile days after finishing with your periods. Unprotected intercourse during this time can lead to pregnancy. Sperms once released can stay alive for 3-4 days inside you. The egg once released from ovary can stay alive for 6-7 days. The continued spotting could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy/implantation bleed. Wait and watch for your next periods/withdrawal bleeding. Look out for development of any new symptoms if you suspect pregnancy. If periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates and if you continue develop any new symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
