Light bleeding after sex, Is there any chances of Pregnancy

I had three times intercourse with my girl on the same day within a duration of five hours. During the third intercourse my condom got bursted and I ejaculated on her (outside) vagina ( She do not allow me to insert in vagina, but for precaution I use the condom ). She has got lot of hairs outside her vagina which I think ca prevent the sement to enter into vagina. When we realised, I got an i-pill and gave it to her within half an hour.
Next time when she went to pee, she experienced a little bleeding from her vagina. Please note that It was13th day after the the first day of her last period.
My questions are :
Is there any chances of Pregnancy ?
What was the reason of her bleeding ? ( was it due to pill or it was part of an orgasm )
We are worried since this is not the right time and we are not ready.
