Q: Light bleeding a week early

My period is normally the same time each month give or take a day. This month it came a week early. I am in my third day of my "period", but it is very light and seems like a slimy discharge. I am not really under any stress, havent changed my diet so drastically that it would matter. My question is, could this be inplantation bleeding?
