Q: lifespan with hbv ?

Provided you get treated and find out within the first year of having it, what is the typical lifespan of someone with hbv? Considering also that person has no other ailments causing strain to their immune system.

The acute illness causes liver inflammation, vomiting, jaundice and—rarely—death.

I would seek a second opinion and obtain more information on the disease from your physician.
