TIA (Mini Stroke)
I am 49 years old lady. I had TIA two weeks ago. I was very healthy lady. Since I had TIA attack I am feeling very low, and depressed. My children are great. I am taking it very easy. I had similar issues as you have. I am thinking positive, helping my self to get over the issues which are effecting my health. Your family needs to understand your health. Some people get quicker than others. It is very hard to predict the recovery time. Go out for walk and join support group. These support groups are brilliantsource of support. I hope this helps. RN
