Well, this was posted in spring and it is now autumn - maybe you already found out what you were asking. Of course sex is possible, but you might want to a) avoid sex during flare ups b) take it slow and gentle c) use lube gel
d)maybe use a little lidocaine cream (but this will inevitably numb some sensation)
As for children - it is possible that your doctor may recommend a caesarian delivery to minimise danger of damage/tearing
