Is there a possibility of re-constructive surgery for lichen sclerosis sufferers - my inner labia and clitoral hood ahve all but disappeared.

According to all websites I have visited, reconstructive surgery is an option for those who have suffered severe complications from lichen sclerosis. As to whether or not they can actually reconstruct your labia or clitoral hood, I cannot give an answer. You should speak to your doctor or Gyn about your options, as they can give you a better answer.
