Q: Lialda for lymphocytic colitis

I have lymphocytic colitis. I have finally gotten a diagnosis after 10 years of D problems!! My doctor recommended this medicine. Is anyone else using this? Does it help? I am still tring things to help my problem.

Lialda (mescalamine) is considered as a second line medical treatment for lymphocytic colitis. Lialda is a topical anti-inflammatory drug and should help. You may wait for 1 month to estimate the results from the therapy.
