I am on Lexapro 10mg. I had a lack of orgasm. Just think of it this way, when you are intimate it is well worth the wait..... I have been on Lexapro for 3 years now and i can tell you that me and my boyfriend are intimate at least 2 days a week.

Hi Kathy. I'm not clear on your message. Do you mean that you overcame the lack of orgasm? Or just that being intimate brings its own rewards? Did orgasm come with practice?

I meant that for the first couple of months you will not be orgasmatic, but your body will overcome it, mine did.
