My husband and I are trying to conceive, but he is currently taking Lexapro and we are worried it will effect his sperm count. Is that possible?

I would also like to know this. My husband currently takes Lamictal, Lexapro, and Welbutrin to treat his depression. We have been trying to conceive since July of '09. I know this isn't long, but it seems like EVERYTHING can affect fertility. Some anitdepressents can cause sperm abnormalities, which have to be checked by a sperm fragmentation test. This type of test is much more expensive than your standard sperm test. My plan is to try for 6 months, then go get him tested. I don't want to wait a full year because while I am only 30, he is 41. Any thoughts?
