Q: leukemia - bruises on skin

hi, I am maricel, 30 years old, a mother of 2. my 4 year old son has a bruise since 2 years old.when i gave birth to him he dont have bruise on his lower lip, when he turned 2, i noticed he has bruise and it becomes bigger.now that he is 4 the bruise give birth and it makes 4. he also have swollen on his neck since he was 2 until now.but he is very active and loves to play..please help me, what is this on his skin?is this dangerous?what will i do?

He'll need to be seen by his doctor for an evaluation and correct diagnosis.

has he not seen a doctor since he has been two? maybe I would make an appointment just to be checked out for the bruise and maybe just a look over I think children sould go to the doctors and be checked out more then every few years didn't he need his shots.
