lethargic I always want to sleep, chronic sinus infection..

So for the past few years my health has been deterating I have become so lethargic I always want to sleep I am always so tired and in a daze. I get dizzy and weak and feel like I am going to pass out. I cant even go grocery shopping because by the third isle I cant push the cart anymore. My joints hurts my bones hurt. I get hot and cold and when I have the hot spells I sweat a lot mostly at night I have a rash that hasnt gone away and keep getting bruises in weird places like my hands and inner parts of my arms and on my legs. I am constantly in pain.My cuts on my skin dont really heal.I get naseous alot. Ihave had chronic sinus infections for 2 years now at least one every 2 months. my dr has been no help. Are these signs of leukemia?
