It took over the 4 months for me to stop feeling sore when lying on my right side. I still occassionally get pain in my right back shoulder blade area when I lie down in bed at night. My stomach makes terrible gurgling noises when in bed.

My main concern is the past few weeks I have been feeling really off. I feel so tired again like I did for the weeks before I went jaundice from having 3 stones stuck in my bile duct. I am struggling so bad after 10 hours sleep to get out of my bed and feel really lethargic all day. Is this normal ?

No this is not normal. You need to start taking digestive enzymes with every meal. I take 3-4 GNC digestive enzymes with every meal. They will help alleviate any gas, bloating or indigestion. You will be able to absorb nutrients better, causing you to feel fatigued. You also need to watch what you eat. A lowfat-notfat diet is important. You need fat so, start taking in good fats like fish oil(1000mg two times daily)and cooking with extra virgin olive oil. I am suffering from fibromyalgia and a high rhuematoid factor 6 months after my gall bladder removal. I started out feeling fatigued and it only progressed from there. The enzymes are a natural substance we have in our body to help break down food. The problem is that without a gall bladder we don't produce enough to break down our food properly. This causes us to be malnourished and it can also mess up our hormone balance because it causes a lot of stress on the body.
Good Luck!
