2 things; change your pain meds, try soma which u will need a prescription or u can buy online w/o or try a synergistic effect by combining like; acetaminophen which is (tylenol) WITH ibuprofen and in this case you get 1+1=3 (the soma is a muscle relaxer)
2nd thing; IT IS YOUR STRESS; so do this;
in your own privacy meditate on what is bothering you THAT U R SUPPRESSING; because this is what happens; your sub-conscience is causing the extra pain as a mechanism for u not to deal with what is bothering you and if u mediate on it and acknowledge that it is bothering u, even if u cannot fix it THIS REACTION of your inner mind will subside; tell your sub-conscience just like u would a close trusted adviser how u feel.
now I understand this may seem to make no sense but if u will try it you will also most likely find that the pain goes away. this is a private conversation between u and yourself
