I’m just 26. This began when my girlfriend gave me a handjob in the shower. It took a while and I didn’t notice that my penis was starting to turn blue. I think maybe her grip was too tight. Upon realizing, I immediately told her to stop.

After the shower, I saw lesions in my penis. Nothing deep, there was no blood and they were barely scratches. They were very minute. But they did make my penis feel sore. I let my penis heal for a week and the lesions went away. However, since then, I noticed that I no longer had full erections. My penis also does not feel as sensitive as it used to be. I've tried to masturbate and while I do get erections and am able to ejaculate, the erection sometimes is not as hard as before, and my penis would easily get limp after. I’m concerned and the shower incident is the only thing that came to my mind as a cause. Well, that and the fact that I've masturbated for over a decade now (usually around five times a week and never more than once a day).

I tried not to masturbate for a while but same result. I still get erections in the morning but not as hard. I haven't been able to have sex since so I wanted to ask if the shower incident could really cause something like this or if it’s just psychological. More importantly, what should I do?

Thank you very much.

Qigong for penis
Don't worry,and it's not that serious.here I give u a advice.
The causes of erectile dysfunction may be physiological or psychological. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, many things can contribute to erectile dysfunction: the growth and development of the human body, physiological activities, the meridians, the circulation of blood and distribution of body fluid. Some surgeons have developed several different techniques for it, but Surgery is risky, costly and unlikely to produce satisfactory results.

You know Penis is called the kidney sack in ancient China. If one wanna improve the kidney function,Enlarge the penis size or length, Iron Crotch Qigong is a traditional practice followed for thousands of years to protect the male genitalia in China, and has been a major in countless Chinese medicine colleges. It's consisted of hard crotch and soft crotch, while the hard crotch, which has been kept as a secret, must be started from the childhood; the Iron crotch that practiced by adults is soft crotch qigong, which works effectively to cure erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, penis curvature, spermatorrhea, etc. After 30 years of clinical treatment and more than 300 patients treated statistics, it has been confirmed as a reliable cure with its more than 95% effectiveness.

The penis Qigong can increase the local blood circulation and promote the endocrine function of the testicles. In addition to the function of advancing sex, this Iron Penis Crotch also helps strengthen and keep the male hormone -which thus also contributes to protein synthesis, supply energy, resist fatigue, prevent con-senescence, tone up physical force, strengthen immunity, and beautify skin.

As per my opinion, this has nothing to do with shower incident. You might be suffering from Erectile Dysfunction (ED) disorder. You should consult a doctor and should not be worried as such disorders can be easily cured. I was prescribed Levitra by my doctor and it shown some good results on me.
