I'm not angry, there are plenty of women who are heterosexual that have sperm donors. Being a lesbian has no bearing on this whatsoever. Nor does saying 'lesbian inlaw'. There is no such thing. She is your sister inlaw whose sexual orientation happens to be lesbian. The words you chose to use are offensive to a lot of people. You may choose to reconsider using those terms in the future.

i think she used that term mabel because they are most likely married. Some find it hard to know what to call a gay couple as the dictionary meaning of the word marriage is male female. She just did not realize it would be the same terms. As for the being a lesbian having o bearing I think she was hinting that some one may not be telling the truth and could be a swinger or slept with a man to get pregnant. Having found a donor 4 weeks ago and her being 3 weeks pregnant is a pretty rare occurance as most of the pregnancy tests out there even the best ones are only 4 days before your next period. Your HCG levels at 3 weeks are not that high yet it would very hard to say you are pregnant. I would say it was almost impossble to say that.
Like my Doctor friend says everyone lies or does not get the truth just right.
